Karem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brazil and moved to Ireland in 2022 to further develop her international career. In Ireland, she graduated with First Class Honours in a Bachelor of Business (NFQ Level 8) in 2025, further strengthening her academic background in finance and management. She has over five years of experience in payroll, working in environments that require a high level of technical accuracy and continuous adaptation to regulatory changes. She is currently pursuing IPASS certification, specialising in Irish payroll.
